We are a company specialized in Integrated Navigation Systems part of a multi-industry leader on high-technology, advanced electronics and defense systems operating through its facilities all around the world.
We’re looking for a Quality Management Specialist to join our company, within the Mission Assurance Department.
In this role, you will be responsible for planning and conducting internal process audits and overseeing second and third-party audits; support the department head in managing the Quality Management System (QMS) and the Management Review. Manage updates and introduce new company procedures, coordinating their implementation across company functions and ensuring compliance with both NGI and Corporate procedures.
The position is located in Pomezia.
• Plan annual process audits and conduct them in accordance with NGI internal procedures
• Produce reports to share with process owners and monitor the closure of Corrective Action Requests (CARs) and improvement actions
• Support the department head in managing second and third-party audits related to company certifications and in completing customer questionnaires and portals
• Assist in preparing content to be shared with NGI Management during Management Review.
• Manage and approve the introduction, modifications, deadlines, and internal dissemination of all Italian and corporate procedures .
• Provide assistance to requesting departments for document searches
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering
• At least 6 years of experience in a similar role with a Bachelor’s degree / 4 years with a Master’s degree.
• Experience in auditing activities within companies certified to EN-9100/EMAR 145/EMAR 21.
• Preferable knowledge of ISO 27001/ISO 14001.
• Certification as a 9100 auditor is a plus.
