Role overview

We are a company specialized in Integrated Navigation Systems part of a multi-industry leader on high-technology, advanced electronics and defense systems operating through its facilities all around the world.

We’re looking for a Program Planning & Forecasting Analyst to join our company, within the Program Planning & Forecasting team.

In this role, you will be responsible for managing activities related to company projects, providing the production of periodic analyses and reports and identifying and reporting any anomalies or critical situations. Ensure the implementation of Financial Planning by providing necessary support to General/Financial Management and Lines of Business.

The position is located in Pomezia.

Main Responsibilities

· Define and update accounting records in dedicated tools. Manage Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) for all company projects (Development, Production, Repair, Services).

· Oversee company accounting in compliance with civil, management, and/or US GAAP accounting principles; perform final balancing and closure of completed production orders.

· Define project baselines by coordinating with all functions involved in project execution, determining resource needs by professional profile, issuing project budgets, planning sales and costs, and evaluating project performance.

· Define and manage the annual budget for self-financed projects: Research and Development Projects, feasibility projects and customer support offers, Certifications, Special Projects and other Indirect Projects

· Manage and costs reporting for projects supports by government funds

Education

Master’s degree in Management Engineering, Economics and Commerce, Business Administration, or similar fields

Experience

At least 3 years of experience in the same role, preferably in defence companies

· SAP (modules Controlling, Material Management, SD)
