We are a company specialized in Integrated Navigation Systems part of a multi-industry leader on high-technology, advanced electronics and defense systems operating through its facilities all around the world.
We’re looking for a Facility Coordinator to join our company.
In this role, you will be responsible for the direct management, or through the relevant company departments, of all company facilities, contributing to the achievement of objectives in compliance with regulatory requirements and NG principles.
You will also be responsible for the management of the spaces and systems connected to the company activity, the definition of maintenance plans for the systems and structures, the coordination of external companies that take care of the services at an operational level, in compliance with budget constraints.
The position is located in Pomezia (RM).
· Manage the regulatory part relating to the plant (PED devices and assemblies, lifting equipment, safety valves, etc.), guaranteeing regulatory compliance in environmental matters (Legislative Decree 152/06), health and safety in the workplace (Legislative Decree 81/08), construction and, in general, all those relating to the facility
· Develop maintenance programs
· Plan, supervise, verify the implementation of maintenance plans
· Follow the design, installation, execution and start-up of newly built systems
· Define or propose projects relating to the revision and/or redesign of company layouts in compliance with company needs and regulatory requirements
· Develop and manage the budget for plant management (cost estimation, budgeting, final balance, analysis of variances)
· Calculate IMU, TARI, TASI rates, payment of fees and in general taxes relating to the Facility
· Propose technological solutions to make services more efficient by optimizing costs, while respecting the quality of the service offered
· Surveyor’s diploma or degree in Engineering, preferably in the construction field
· Possession of the qualification of coordinator in the planning (CSP) and execution (CSE) phases is a plus.
· Previous experience of at least 9-10 years in the case of diploma only (surveyor)
· Previous experience of at least 6 years (if in possession of a degree) in a similar position in a production site (medium-sized company), possibly within an international context
· Understanding of engineering principles and technologies used in plant maintenance
· Knowledge of the legislation regulating qualifications in the construction field (example Presidential Decree 380/2001 and subsequent amendments; Municipal Regulation)
